portrait in a room

Charcoal on paper – 24” x 36” – draw a person in a room, consider perspective, be conceptual, and make sure hands are in it. I took images of my husband and loved this perspective because the dogs look so tiny, which made him look larger than life. I added a bit of sci-fi to tie in the concept of him playing “call of duty” and it becoming part of the world around him, coming to life, even if it maybe just in his mind. I tried to add some intensity to it, and make the focal/starting point at the hands.
